Banglore Royal Challengers beat Mumbai Indians comphrehensively by 9 wickets at the New Wanderers stadium in Johannesburg. Chasing a total of 150, Banglore put in front a stunning batting performance led by Kallis(69 of 59 balls) and Uthappa(66 of 42 balls) and reached the target with 11 balls to spare. Earlier in the day, Mumbai Indians were kept on a tight leash by the Banglore bowlers before Bravo(50 of 40 balls) and A Nayar(29 of 20 balls) cut loose and helped Mumbai put up a competitive total of 149 on the board. Jayasuriya scored 52 of 43 balls which provided a solid foundation for the likes of Bravo and Nayar. du Preez made an impressive debut for Banglore Royal Challengers claiming the first three Mumbai Indians wickets which included the likes of Sachin Tendulkar and JP Duminy. Sure this kid has a bright future.
